Best $6 I ever spent

It's finally warm out here on the western slope! I know my east coast friends have had their air conditioning for a couple of months now. But while you've been soaking up the rays, I've been freezing my butt off. I swear its been rainy and 50s. I don't even think that I am exaggerating! Today was the first day that I was so hot that I finally let Gus play with the sprinkler toy I bought last winter on the clearance rack at Walmart. He's been coveting that thing since January! Here is Gus urging Pop-pop to just open the thing!

Oh! Finally Pop-pop got the rocket portion of the Toy Story 3 rocket out of the box. But you can see him in the background still trying to get the childproof box open (It's Pop-pop proof too!)

Gus is just as happy playing with the rocket. He ran around the yard making it fly. Poor Pop-pop. Still fighting with the box.

Here is the final product all set up and ready to go. Gus just loved playing with this new sprinkler. He played until I made him go into dinner. By the way you will hear him saying "Hi Paul!". That is our neighbor getting home from work. He was trying to yell hi to Paul and play with his new toy at the same time.
