Whenever we go to my neighbor's house for play dates, Gus has recently bee lined for the skateboard. I'm not really sure what is so cool about standing on a stationary board, but he is very proud. My neighbor, Mrs. Heidi, always makes her boys wear helmets when using their bikes, skooters, or skateboards (as she should!) And Gus has caught on. First safety, then skateboard!
A stationary board is much better than a moving board. He will need elbow and knee pads and a lot of bubble wrap.
